Saturday 13th March 2010 the carnivals are compulsory and as a lot of work is put into these from the hosting clubs it is imperative that all teams attend. A fee of $5.00 per player will be charged and all players will be given participation ribbons. Clubs are fined $50.00 for any team who fails to attend.
